In order to add an item to the cart, you should have an open ticket first. Tickets help you track which order is coming from which table.
To create a ticket, tap 3 times on the Finedine logo at the bottom right corner and select "Tickets" on the list. If you registered your employees to the system, type in their pincode to go to the Ticket screen. If not, you will not be asked to type in a pincode.
On this new screen you can see the list of your tables -if you've registered them before- or an empty slot to open a new ticket. Create a ticket here and continue to your menu.
