In order to add an item to the cart, you should have an open ticket first. Tickets help you track which order is coming from which table.

To create a ticket, tap 3 times on the finedine logo at the bottom and select "Tickets” on the list. If you registered your employees to the system, type in their pincode to go to the Ticket screen. If not, you will not be asked to type in a pincode.

On this new screen you can tap “New Ticket” to create a new ticket by selecting a table and guest number. You can see and edit all the open tickets on the screen as well.
