If you're opening a new branch of your Restaurant or Café, in this case, you will need to create a new venue for it. It's possible to have multiple venues under your account. However, you will not be able to do this during the trial period in case you're a new user. After that, you can create as many venues as you like to be managed from the same account.

Each venue will have its own ID and Pincode. You can easily switch between venues in the control panel and manage the details. It is also possible to copy menus & themes from one venue to another if they are in the same account.

Please keep in mind that every venue needs its own plan (Subscription) even if they are inside the same account.
