What is Brand Kit?
Brand Kit holds the complete DNA of your venue's brand — colors, typography, logo, voice, and imagery rules — all in one place. Once set up, every AI-powered surface in your dashboard writes, designs, and generates content that's on-brand instead of guessing at your style.
You'll find it in the sidebar under Grow with AI, right after AI Website Builder.
Getting Started: Three Ways to Create a Kit
1. Generate with AI (recommended)
We read your menu and automatically extract your colors, fonts, and voice.
Time required: 5–10 minutes. This isn't instant — plan for it, especially if you're demoing live.
2. Import
Already have brand guidelines? Bring them in directly from a PDF or a website.
3. Start from Scratch
A guided, six-step wizard walks you through:
Identity
Logo
Colors
Typography
Imagery
Review
This option autosaves as you go, so you can leave partway through and pick up right where you left off.
Already onboarded through Menu Builder?
If you imported your menu data through Menu Builder, a Brand Kit was created for you automatically. You don't need to look for it or set anything up — your colors and fonts are captured and already applied by the time you land in your dashboard.
What's Inside a Kit
Section | Contents |
Identity | Logo & lockups, full color system (brand, surfaces, text, semantic, borders, gradients, AR tokens), type pairing and scale, and a "brand fullness" score showing how much material AI has to work with |
Voice & Tone | Personality dials, brand archetype, tone of voice, brand-specific vocabulary, and target audience |
Imagery | AI generation prompt seed, campaign tone, video enhancement filter, per-platform social palette, and AR theme |
Templates | Live previews using your own colors, logo, and fonts (QR menu cover, website hero, social post), plus the Google Fonts loaded on web |
AI Rules | Generation guardrails, personalization, accessibility rules (contrast, focus, readability), and on-brand scoring |
Activity | Full version history — kits can be regenerated, activated, restored, or archived, and the entire kit can be exported to PDF |
Applying Your Kit
This is the part that actually matters — a kit isn't just a reference document sitting in a drawer.
Head to the Identity tab and find the "Apply your brand" card. From here you can:
Where it shows up today
Surface | What changes |
QR Menu | Your type pairing and color system apply to the dine-in & pickup menu. Headings and body copy render in your brand's display and body fonts instead of the defaults, and your palette drives backgrounds, cards, text tones, accents, and borders — all with one kit change, no per-item work or theme editing needed. |
Website | The same fonts and palette drive your online storefront, so your menu and website look like one consistent brand. Your brand's actual Google Fonts load on the page. |
Coming soon
These surfaces are visible in the Apply card (badged as upcoming) but not yet actionable:
AI Marketing — social posts & campaigns (the most requested target — backend support exists, UI is intentionally held back for now)
AI Media Studio — video generation & enhancement
Receipts & emails — order confirmations
SMS — text notifications
Two things worth knowing
New kits arrive already applied. Every surface defaults to synced unless you turn it off, so a freshly generated kit is live on your QR menu and website right away.
It's fully reversible. Every surface has a one-click Apply ⇄ Revert toggle, and "Apply all" becomes "Revert all" once everything is synced. Nothing is a one-way door — it's safe to explore and demo.
