If the Ordering Feature is enabled, a ticket should be created first to receive orders to preview the "add" and "cart" buttons:

  • Mobile Menu

    • QR Dine-In: To be able to see the "add" and "cart" buttons on the menu after enabling the ordering please make sure you are using the QR Code of the tables.

    • Delivery & Pick-Up: To be able to see the "add" and "cart" buttons on the menu after configuring the ordering options make sure to use the QR Code on the Credentials tab.

  • Tablet Menu

    • Full-Service Mode:

      • Tap three times on the FineDine logo and select "Tickets."

      • You can create a ticket to be reflected in the Dashboard from the "Waiter Mode" This will allow the waiter to create a ticket on the tablet and take orders from it by selecting the table of where the customer is sitting on, and if they want the customer to be the one to choose the items to order them then they can always choose to "Go back to menu" after creating the ticket which will allow showing the menu for the customer to order from.

      Table-Top Mode:

      • Tap three times on the FineDine logo and select "Tables."

      • Select the table you wish to assign to the tablet device and this will make sure that all orders coming from that tablet device will be received with the table information assigned to it.

      • All orders coming from the tablet device will be combined in one ticket in the dashboard until you set the ticket's status as "Closed" which allows the new orders submitted from the tablet to create a new order ticket for the new customers.

  • If you have an employee registered on the system, the app will ask for a pin code.

    • This is for you to track which employee served which table and order.

  • To open tickets faster, you can register your tables from the Dashboard.
