The Dashboard is where users can see a summary of everything on their menu including their sales, recent orders and feedback. The number of connected devices and live campaigns can also be tracked here.
The number of open tickets and all new feedback are shown as well as the most recent ones. Clicking on “See all” for a ticket opens detailed information about the ticket inside the Orders page. Clicking on “See all” for a feedback form opens the details of that feedback form inside the Feedback page. Clicking on “See all” for a campaign opens the details of that campaign inside the Campaign page.
Dashboard also gives a performance summary for a time period you select.
Top Viewed Items: The items that are viewed the most with their view counts
Least Viewed Items: The items that are viewed the most with their view counts
Best Sellers: The items that are ordered the most with their order quantity
Worst Performing: The items that are ordered the least with their order quantity
Daily Sales: Your total revenue for every day
Revenue Share: The revenue share between your top 2 sections
Tickets Closed: Number of tickets you closed
Items Sold: Number of total items sold
Revenue: Total revenue
Average Ticket Size: Average revenue from a ticket
Average Ticket Time: The average time tickets remain open
You may not see these details at first but as your menu is used, more data will appear on the dashboard.
