Visibility & Availability

Each menu has an option to set the visibility and availability settings that can be reached by entering the Menu Management page and clicking the gear-shaped button of the menu.

Visibility

In the Visibility section, you can set the menu and the Ordering option enabled as:

  • Pick up Menu

  • Delivery Menu

  • QR Dine-in Menu

  • Tablet Menu

For an example, if the Visibility option is selected for Tablet Menu it will be only displayed on the Tablet Menu while hiding it for the other solutions; Dine - In QR Menu, Delivery & Pick - Up

Same goes for the "Enable Ordering" option; you may enable the ordering for some solutions while disabling it for others by simply clicking the checkbox 🔥

Availability

The availability options will allow you to set the display period of the menu for specific times and dates. Availability has 3 options: always, specific dates and times, and periodic.

  • Always: This will set the menu to always be visible without any limitation for any date and time. The default availability for any created menu will be “Always“.

  • Specific dates and time: This option will allow you to set the menu to only be visible in a specific date range and time period. When "All day" is unselected, you can set up to 2-time intervals.

Ex: Start Date: 12 April 2021, End Date: 15 April 2021

Time Interval1: 09:00 - 12:00

Time Interval2: 19:00 - 21:00

Result: The menu will be displayed between 09:00 - 12:00 and 19:00 - 21:00 from the date 12 April 2021, to 15 April 2021.

  • Periodic: The periodic option will allow you to set the menu to be visible in specific time periods for weekdays that will repeat every week in the days you select from the page. You can set up to 2-time intervals per day.
