1-Check the internet connection
When this happens, the first thing to do is to check if the tablet has a working internet connection. The device needs an active internet connection to receive changes from the web. After you publish you can continue using your menu offline.
2-Publish Changes Manually
If you can't publish from the control panel even though you have a working internet connection, follow the steps below to update your menu manually:
-Tap the FineDine logo at the bottom 3 times.
-Select "Venue Profile" from the list.
-Tap SYNC to load the menu again.
